One Credit After Another Episode 16: Robert Pattinson & ‘Primetime’
One Credit After Another, the show where we dive into the career of a filmmaker or actor and their latest project.
Robert Pattinson is the centre of the boys discussion this week as his new film ‘Primetime’ releases in cinema’s and is hotly tipped to be an awards contender. He is definitely one of Ian’s favourite actors of the moment, but is he Sam’s?
Going all the way back to the twenty-naughties with his feature film debit, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, the boys take a look back at the young actors incredible 20 year career in Hollywood…even just typing that makes them feel old.
Some of the films discussed this week:
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Twilight (Ian’s a fan, Sam is not)
Remember Me
Good Time
The Lighthouse
Tenet
The Batman
Die My Love
After looking into his back catalogue, the boys ponder some of the greatest questions posed about our boy, Pattinson. Could he have done a better job that Tom Hardy in Locke?, Who is he most unlikely to collaborate with in future?, and the biggest question of all, Who is Pattinson’s most collaborated person?
‘Primetime’ is out in cinemas Friday, 30th October - if you’re on the fence about it, perhaps our podcast can help you decide!
